WELL :3 so that it for the picture... now for the costume!

this costume is my actual master piece... it gave we a 3 won worth artisan-prices at the Otakuthon masquerade 2014. I won Best in class (2) and most inspirationnal presentation (1).
this costume took me 8 month to realise. I was working in the same periode of time... so it was also a lot of test, thinking, trying, do again, cry, failure, sucess, painful, etc. 
The dress is fabric made with need of 2-3 mockup to get the perfect shape... (really wanted that WAVY part to look good) and spay paint the color ar the bottom with special paint that hold realy nice on syntetic fabric (LOT of tests!!!) and the last mockup actully serve as the black under-double dress ^^ 
 
the black plastic part are thermoform with a new technique that I created by myself ... it's like vacuforming... but WITHOUT vacuum XD less expessive, but it need a good touch to get it right... 
the tentacle and foam tube cover in latex mix with paint, and the head in directly sculpt in styrofoam (uses for wall isolation) ... lot of primer and sanding... I also use a forhead section mask to fit my forhead and join it with the rest of the head .. it goes under my eyesbrow... so realy strong hold ^^ it DOESNT move. 

it did not seems that much lol... but so mush experiment in that costume...............  it's like thing never work 1st time for me (i'm doomed><) sooo ^^ that's why!
